Help your sales teamsell more.
A read of the people behind the pipeline. Built on 1,500+ salespeople hired, ~200 teams built, and over 20,000 salespeople analysed on the platform.
Who this is for
- Sales team of 3+ team members.
- Pipeline looks fine in the CRM but quota attainment is uneven.
- You suspect a few people are miscast but you can't say why.
- Founder is still the closer on the biggest deals.
Outcomes clients report
Client-reported, from clients' own systems. Results vary by team size and starting point.
The 6-month roadmap
- DAY 1 · PROFILE
Every seller and the sales leader takes the behavioral assessment. Benchmarked live against over 20,000 salespeople analysed on the platform, across comparable roles and industries.
- WEEKS 1–2 · READ
Debrief with the founder and the sales leader. Named diagnosis of the team: who fits the role, who's miscast, who's leaking energy, where the team is fighting its own wiring.
- MONTHS 1–3 · BUILD
Individual development path per seller. Role design, coaching plan, and the one or two ritual changes that move the number. Monthly 1:1 with each seller, weekly check-in with the leader.
- MONTHS 4–6 · HOLD
Quarterly re-read against the team benchmark. Prove the delta before-and-after. Hand the coaching plan fully to your sales leader so the speed doesn't decay when I step out.
The offers
One day. Full behavioral assessment for every seller and the leader. Debrief with the founder. You leave with a named diagnosis of the team.
Six months. Individual coaching plan built from the profile. Monthly 1:1, quarterly re-read against the team benchmark.
If, at the end of the workshop day, you don't have a diagnosis of your sales team you can act on, no invoice. You keep the profiles. Simple as that.
Questions sales leaders ask before booking
We already have Gong, HubSpot, and pipeline dashboards. What does this add?
The CRM tells you what happened. The behavioral read tells you why the same two sellers keep missing quota and where the leader is coaching against wiring. Diagnosis, not another dashboard. It sits underneath the CRM data, not on top of it.
Our sales leader will feel second-guessed.
The read goes to the founder and the leader together, and the leader owns the coaching plan afterwards. Most leaders I've worked with wanted a sharper picture of their team. Nobody has pushed back once they saw their own profile first.
€4,900 for one day feels steep.
It's priced against one bad senior salesman hire, who costs you an onboarding period and a year of pipeline. If the workshop can't produce a diagnosis you can act on, no invoice. You keep the profiles regardless.
We're too small (or too big) for this.
A workshop is usually 3 to 15 sellers in a day. Larger teams split across two days or a custom engagement.
Who is the sales-team work for?
Scaleup sales teams of 3 sellers and up where the pipeline looks fine in the CRM but quota attainment is uneven. Usually the founder is still the closer on the biggest deals. Works best when the sales leader wants a read of the people, not just the numbers.
What does the €4,900 Workshop include?
One day on-site or remote. Every seller and the leader takes the behavioral assessment. You get an analysis benchmarked against top performers in comparable roles and industries, a live debrief with the founder and sales leader, and a named diagnosis of the team you can act on the next morning.
How is this different from Gallup, DISC, or a sales training vendor?
DISC and Gallup describe personality. Training installs a script. The instrument here benchmarks each seller against top performers in comparable roles and industries, then ties the read to role design and coaching. Diagnostic first, training only if the diagnosis calls for it.
What is the Development Path and why is it 6 months?
Six months of individual coaching per seller built from their profile: monthly 1:1, targeted skill work, quarterly re-read against the team benchmark. €3,900 per seller, €5,900 for the sales leader.
Do you replace our sales leader or VP of Sales?
No. I work with your sales leader, not around them. The read goes to the founder and the leader together. The Development Path is delivered in coordination with your leader so they own the coaching plan afterwards.
What is the workshop guarantee?
If at the end of the workshop day you don't have a diagnosis of your sales team you can act on, no invoice. You keep the profiles regardless. It has not been invoked so far, and I'd rather keep it that way.
Where do the outcome numbers come from?
Client-reported, from clients' own CRM and HR systems, across ~200 sales teams built over 20 years. Results vary by team size and starting point. Clients report 20 percent better sales results and 50 percent fewer bad hires. Individual employment periods have lengthened by 33%.
How many sellers can we run through one workshop?
From 3 up to 10 sellers plus leader at €4,900. Up to 25 sellers plus leader at €7,900. Beyond 25 we split into two days or scope a custom engagement. Everyone in the room takes the assessment; nobody sits out.
Is the assessment available in Finnish, Swedish, or other Nordic languages?
Debriefs and coaching are delivered in Finnish or English as preferred. Nordic sales teams keep their native-language nuance in the profile.
How do we start: workshop first, or Blind Spot Score?
If you want a temperature read before spending, get your Blind Spot Score for yourself as the founder. If you already know the team is the bottleneck, request a workshop proposal directly. Both paths land in the same conversation.
