Stop beingthe bottleneck.
For founders past €1M where every decision still routes through you. An 8-week install that rebuilds how you run, then a monthly hold. Fixed length, measured before and after, fire-me clause.
Who this is for
- You're past €1M and growth has flattened.
- Every real decision still routes through you. Your team is waiting, not owning.
- The business looks fine on paper. Underneath it you're exhausted and short-tempered.
- You've tried therapy, retreats, or a peer group. None of them touched how you run.
The receipts
Grit is finite. Speed and consistency have to come from a system, not from effort. Twenty years building and scaling sales orgs across the Nordics. 1,500+ salespeople hired, 200+ sales teams built, 300+ clients. The same behavioral instrument I ran across those teams is now pointed at you, the person running it.
Beliefs, fixed patterns, and behaviors
Founder mode is a stack of beliefs that used to work, hardened into patterns, running as default behavior long after the company outgrew them. The Sprint surfaces the stack and rewrites the layer that's costing you speed.
- Beliefs. "No one else will care as much." "If I stop pushing, it stops." "Rest is what you earn after the exit." Named on paper, tested against the biology.
- Fixed patterns. The two or three moves you make under pressure every time: pulling decisions back, rewriting your #2's work, saying yes to the meeting that should have been a no. Measured, not guessed.
- Behaviors. What that looks like in the calendar, the inbox, the sleep data, and the numbers your team is waiting on. Rebuilt as an operating rhythm you can hold when the quarter gets hard.
The path
2 minutes, 8 questions. A read of whether you're in founder, operator, or owner mode.
TAKE THE SCORE →Weekly 1:1, biology baseline, decision-latency measurement, one system rebuilt. Fire-me clause at day 14.
APPLY →Post-Sprint hold. Two sessions a month, warning indicators monitored, quarterly re-read. Cancel any month.
Between the Score and the Sprint sits The Read: a free deep read of your data, application only. I do five a month. If a Sprint isn't the right next step, I'll say so. Apply for The Read.
What I actually read
Not a mood check. Numbers you can act on. Bring the blood work your own doctor has already run; I read it alongside the operating data, as one system.
- Blood markers, standard panel plus hormones and inflammation.
- HRV and sleep trend over the last 60 days (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, or Apple).
- Calendar load, decision latency, and where the week is leaking.
- A behavioral profile of you as the person running it, cross-referenced with the biology.
I am not your doctor. I interpret patterns and route you to the right specialist when the numbers say so.
Optional add-on: I can run the same profile on your co-founder or your number 2 who is involved in sales, for an extra €500. As a result, you get their common characteristics as a salesperson, so you know what to focus on when you hire your next one.
The 8-week roadmap
- WEEKS 1–2 · READ
Baseline the operator and the business as one system. Blood work ordered, HRV pulled, calendar audited, first 1:1 goes long.
- WEEKS 3–4 · PATTERN
Behavioral profile against the biology. Name the two or three patterns costing you speed. Pick the one system to rebuild.
- WEEKS 5–6 · BUILD
Build the operating rhythm, the handoff, and the number you watch. Pressure-test it against a live decision.
- WEEKS 7–8 · HOLD
Re-baseline. Prove the delta before-and-after. Set the two warning indicators. Decide whether the Retainer holds it or you run it yourself.
What you leave with
- Decision speed you can measure, not just feel.
- An ownership handoff your team accepted.
- A biology baseline and two warning indicators specific to you.
- One system rebuilt so the company runs when you're not in the room.
- A quarterly re-test so the delta adds up over time.
Fire me in the first 14 days. Full refund, no questions, and you keep the baseline read. After that you keep the work regardless of outcome. My job is to be worth the price, not to lock you in.
Questions founders ask before applying
I'm skeptical of coaching. Why is this different?
So am I. That's why the Sprint has fixed length, measured deltas, and a 14-day refund. If the numbers don't move, you don't stay. It's an install with a before-and-after, not open-ended talk therapy dressed up as business advice.
I don't want to do this alone.
You won't be. Founding members meet monthly as a small peer group and keep that cohort access after the Sprint ends. The 1:1 stays private; the group is where you compare notes with other founders running the same install.
Who is the 8-Week Sprint for?
Funded founders past €1M where growth has flattened because every real decision still routes through you. Running a €1M+ business, operationally competent but stuck in founder mode. If you're pre-revenue and still looking for product-market fit, this isn't the right fit.
How is this different from executive coaching or therapy?
Coaching talks about the role. Therapy works on the person. The Sprint rebuilds the way you run underneath both, using biology data, decision-latency measurement, and one system rebuild. Fixed length, measured before and after. You leave with a delta, not a feeling.
What does the €3,900 include, and why €1,950 for founding members?
€3,900 covers the full 8-week Sprint: weekly 1:1, biology baseline, decision-latency measurement, one system rebuilt, direct access between sessions. Founding rate €1,950 is the first 10 founders in 2026, in exchange for a testimonial and an honest post-mortem. Same Sprint, same guarantee.
What is the fire-me clause?
Fire me in the first 14 days. Full refund, no questions, and you keep the baseline read. After that you keep the work regardless of outcome. My job is to be worth the price, not to lock you in.
How much time does the Sprint take per week?
About 90 minutes: one 60-minute 1:1 plus roughly 30 minutes of homework, reading data, or testing one change in the business. Blood work and HRV happen in the background. If you can't find 90 minutes a week, that is the bottleneck.
Do I need a wearable or blood panels before we start?
No. If you already run Oura, Whoop, Garmin, or Apple, we use that. If not, we order a standard blood panel and pull 60 days of sleep data from whatever you have. The tests are separate cost, roughly €200–€400 depending on country.
Do you replace my doctor?
No. I interpret patterns across biology, behavior, and business, and route you to the right specialist when the numbers say so. I am a founder performance coach, not a physician. Every clinical decision stays with your GP or specialist.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
Three options. Run it yourself, no retainer needed. Take the €1,000/month Retainer for two sessions a month, warning-indicator monitoring, and a quarterly re-read. Or pause and come back for a re-test Sprint later. You choose in week 8, not before.
Is this 1:1 or a group program?
1:1 only. Founders carry context no group setting handles well: confidential numbers, board pressure, co-founder dynamics, real biology. Founding members also get a monthly peer session with the other founders in the cohort, but the Sprint itself is one-on-one.
How do I know if I should apply now or take the free score first?
If you're not sure, take the 2-minute Founder Mode Score. It tells you whether you're in founder, operator, or owner mode and whether the Sprint is the right next step. If you already know, apply directly. Fit matters more than fee.
